2024 China Tour
Invited by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Culture of the People’s Republic of China, we officially launched the first China tour of Chateau de Versailles to open the celebration of the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and France, as well as the China–France Year of Culture and Tourism.

With the assistance and support of the French Embassy and Consulates in China, the ensemble gave opening performances for the China–France Year of Culture events in each host city. This project marked the largest number of cities ever covered in a single tour by a Western Baroque ensemble in China. It was also the first time a Baroque orchestra performed at the Forbidden City in Beijing, and the first orchestra in the world to give a performance for pandas at the Chengdu Giant Panda Base.
