Since 2024, Hermarkclassical have established a long-term and fruitful partnership with the Opéra Royal Château de Versailles. As one of the world’s most renowned centers of Baroque culture and a permanent home to artists from a UNESCO World Heritage site, the Royal Opera and its resident artists visit China each year with diverse concert formats and a wide range of vibrant Baroque artistic programs. Hermark Classical is honored to serve as the exclusive operator and representative for these projects in China.
Over the past two years, with our organization and management, the Orchestra of the Opéra Royal Château de Versailles and its outstanding artists have presented more than 30 concerts across China, reaching dozens of cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Wuhan, Changsha, and Chengdu, and igniting an unprecedented “Versailles fever” nationwide.
Notably, we were the opening performance ensemble for the 60th Anniversary of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between China and France, as well as the China–France Year of Culture and Tourism. Opening performances were held respectively at the Royal Opera of the Palace of Versailles and at the Forbidden City in Beijing, marking a new chapter in cultural and artistic cooperation between the two countries.
At the same time, we actively facilitated the signing of a long-term strategic academic cooperation memorandum between the Palace of Versailles and the School of Humanities and the Department of Chinese Language and Literature at Tsinghua University, extending collaboration into academic programs, cultural tourism, and related fields. Each year, we also organize academic, cultural, and exchange visits between China and France for faculty members, students, and leading entrepreneurs from China’s top universities.

2024, 10 Cities in China with 12 completely full-house concerts in 2 weeks, including the Opening Concert of the China-France Year of Culture and Tourism inside the Forbidden City & the world's first ever Concert in the Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding in Chengdu.
2025, 7 Cities in China with 3 great Counter-tenors (Samuel Mariño, Filippo Mineccia, Meili Li), and a sepcial concert in a Chinese Ancient Town with Shanghai International Arts Festival.
